I want to read a piece of futurism and technology as depicted in visual sci-fi. About where people let their brains go (communicators, transporting) and didn't (no dynamic data screens, traditional gender roles) and why--budget? Current technology? Culture?
I read a review in the Monitor today and it was largely positive.
Go read it. I want your opinion. Okay, I guess I could do my own footwork.
I have been presented with a questionnaire from which they will draw a bio for use on the krav web site. Favourite fruit or vegetable? Fuck OFF.
Okay, off to see reel.
I swear to god, I didn't click the first time because I was expecting Rick Astley.
ION, I don't even know what to do with this piece of information, but apparently Nathan Fillion is dating Lisa who won Big Brother 3?!?!? (I think msbelle alone will properly appreciate this.)
Heh. I will likely read it eventually. But I'm 100+ books backlogged...

Oh, Beaker, you've been sucked in.
With the Apple TV I click on a YouTube link on my laptop, favourite it, and then watch in on my TV instead. That is marvellous in this instance.
Between general busyness and issues with my home internet connection not being there, I'm 10 million posts behind. However, I did manage to get on to see the birthday wishes (albeit a bit late). THANK YOU ALL! I had a mellow but very nice birthday, spending the whole day with friends and family, here and on the phone. Reading your good wishes gave me a warm, fuzzy feeling and really brightened my day. Thank you!!
Wow, another! Plus, after all that skipping and skimming, I'm now all caught up, right?
Little late - but this is the tutu I made Em for her ladybug costume:
