Should I be concerned that I've had a rash of unknown cause on each elbow for about three week?

Oddly, when I've treated rashes in the past, they seemed to get worse i.e. redder, before they got better.

So I've been putting moisturizer on my elbows. This helped a lot, but there's still this redness and whatnot..
Try the aveeno with the oatmeal, or something like this [link]

Oh, that sounds good. I tend to rest my elbows on the armrests of my chair at work, so maybe regular moisturizer just gets rubbed off and absorbed into my shirt....
