Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Oof, I'm sorry others have had bad days.
Lori, K or the other niece? In any case, they were both great.
The nephews entertain me. D was all about gramma cuddling while she was there, sneaking down to climb into bed in the middle of the night. When I last visited, he BEGGED for sleepovers, but I was the bitch who said no (who can't sleep well in new places, nevermind a five year old crawling in with me.) My mom, the pushover, got suckered.
And there was one besotted 5.5 year old who is totally wrapping my mother about his fingers.
Heh, all four of those nieces are Ks. My sister was on a theme. Anyhow, it's the eldest who is staying with me. That other one is in school in Portland.
Grandmas can totally be suckered. Hee!.
Good day - I dropped $1K.
Data recovery was $400 cheaper than my last estimate - I'll know in a week if they got anything.
we went and saw Horton Hears a Who - much funnier than I expected - laugh out loud in parts. Mac shhhushed me.
And to be crossposted with the craft thread - I started a knitting project - the first in a long while. YAY!
Good day - I dropped $1K.
I bet you didn't even have to use your A-K.
Good morning and timelies (I typed timeless at first try), everyone.
By writing good morning, I mean, of course, "shit, it's morning. Quick, maybe if I'll behave nicely to it, it'll be nice back to me".
On other news, I somehow managed to slam my head (mostly my eye-socket part) into the CD player that's on my bed while sleeping. Yes, that woke me up at about 2:00am, but no black eye this morning, just a little bit pain.
So really, good morning. *sigh
Shir, it's been such a pleasure having you post with us! Also, good morning!
Oh, Kristin, it's a pleasure for me to post here!
I must say, posting is so much better than lurking.
Now, why don't I have any fruity yogurt in the fridge? That would have made morning so much better.
aww. I would send yogurt and banana to you through the intarwebs, that's all the fruity yogurt i have in my fridge. Well, they're not together. But I had them for breakfast together! With granola.
Thank you! That sounds good.
Virtual food is the best food - you can make/send anything! Except, you know, when you actually want to eat.
I'm gonna have an apple as a compromise.
I just got an email from a new CouchSurfing puppy with poor English (and trust me, it takes really poor English for me, as a person who speaks it as a second language, say such a thing), writing that my country is the best because Jesus was born here.
Thanks for the history lesson, pal. I'm amused, but have no idea how to answer him, if I'll bother answer at all.
