Death is your art. You make it with your hands day after day. That final gasp, that look of peace. And part of you is desperate to know: What's it like? Where does it lead you? And now you see, that's the secret. Not the punch you didn't throw or the kicks you didn't land. She really wanted it. Every Slayer has a death wish. Even you.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I am assured of this by my Future Self.

You'd think he could save you the trouble by just bringing you one. Paradox shmaradox.

Good point why didn't he bring one? I suspect that MM's future self has come back to prevent MM's present self from developing a time machine.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I believe the Mason-Dixon line runs between Pennsylvania and Maryland. It's surprisingly high.

That is really north! They should make a mental map of the United States, like this one: [link] Except it would be like the mental size of various states to non-residents. The Eastern seaboard would be enormous. The Mountain states would all be one undifferentiated mass. Every state on the southern side of the Civil War would be in Georgia.

Actually, I asked him about this and he said that it was accidentally sent to Russia in 1909. Tunguska, I believe.

Then he asked me to consider doing some sit-ups and to lay off the coffee.

Woo hoo!

I am having the longest day ever, and I'm not sure why. I've gotten stuff done, gone out to lunch, had one short meeting.... I guess I'll go stuff some envelopes.
