Captain John Deere. The Green Tractor.
Spoiler: They are the same guy.

Indeed it does. There's a pizza chain up hear that does a fig & balsamic jam and prosciutto pizza with gorgonzola cheese on a rosemary crust. SO. GOOD.
And his nemesis, Yellow Bulldozer Man.
Sometimes he teams up with his sidekick Orange Barrel Boy to terrorize urban areas too.
I remember one time on Smallville, somebody climbed a large structure in Smallville -- a windmill? Something tall, anyway -- and you could see Metropolis in the distance.

The Atlas of the DC Universe, published in 1990 by Mayfair Games Inc. as a supplement to the DC Heroes role-playing game (under license from DC Comics), places Gotham City in southern New Jersey (and Metropolis in Delaware). This source, never officially recognized by DC Comics, has since been contradicted with regards to other locations.
