Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

They're showing my place tomorrow at 10am.

Nuts! But is this me just being used to the crazy NYC market? You can never see a place more than a month out, and you hardly ever see a place that still has someone living in it.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

even though they had given me a written quote for $75/hour, when I spoke with the guy on the phone to confirm dates, times, etc., he said it would be $105/hour and that the written quote was wrong.

That's... not good.

Why are so many movers wankers?

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I'm staring at my incomprehensible work and...not doing it. It's like it's not even English.

That sounds like the task I need to do. I have figured out step one. I think. Possibly. I probably have it wrong.

I am not impressed with this gobbledygook! Not at all!

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

This is going to be one of those half-hours, isn't it?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm aggravated and yet lethargic.

Also, thinking about the Anderson Cooper profile of David Beckham on 60 Minutes last night....
