'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Because of the holiday, neither the Unemployment website or Telecert number is available to register my weekly update. I hope they expect me to update them tomorrow, idiots.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

7AM on a Sunday. Why am I awake?

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I went to see Sunday in the Park with George last night. The production design was incredible. The guy playing George was great, too.

Oh, the revival on Broadway? I'm so jealous.

Yep. Though my sister didn't like it. (I think she prefers her musical theatre to have dancers and linear plots. She absolutely hated Company.)

hip deep in pie

Am I the only one wierded out by the stove and fridge thing? I've never lived in a place where that wasn't standard.

It's common in Montreal, but from what my friends say, most people often just buy the appliances that are in the place they are about to move into, and sell them to the next tenant when they leave. That's what they did the last time they moved, but they had bought a washer and dryer for their place, and they took them with them when they moved because their new place didn't have them.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Happy birthdays, Raq and Kathy!!

I am also confused by the appliance thing.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Happy Birthday Raq!
Happy Birthday Kathy!

I think the refrigerator thing is common in LA, but I've never heard of the stove not being there.
