Isaac spiked another fever today. He was mostly miserable this afternoon. I swear I haven't had two healthy kids together in over a month.

I am home and exhausted. Niece news is not good. They have started weaning her off the sedation she has been on for the respirator, but her brain is still flatlining. It may be time to let her go, but there is still "a window" of hope according to the neurologist. I will know more tomorrow.
Oh, and thanks for all your good thouhhts, all. I don't need any brackets or hugs right now--I just wanted to post an update now that I'm home.
