Art Crawl!!!

I am so smart - that at the beginning of the week I ventured down to the basement in the other building and turned off my big heater. (I am attempting to avoid paying for this winter's heat for the rest of the year.) Now, of course, I am freezing. . . and I have a cold. Although, I don't believe that those two things are necessariy related.

I am also watching the season 1 marathon of Jericho on Sciffy and feeling a little sad.

(Rock Monster, however, looks like a Scifi CLASSIC.)

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

dcp, give the new glasses a chance, but if it persists through the weekend, it may be that they screwed up and gave you the wrong prescription! I know somebody that happened to, and instead they struggled along with lousy glasses for two months....

A lot of vision actually happens inside the brain. Did you know that the images that your corneas cast on the back of the eyeball are actually upside down?

Back to postponing work on my website project for school....

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

They are being silly, right? Tell me they are.

I figured out by my lonesome how to take a .MOV animation file I'd made in 3D animation software, import it into Photoshop, and turn it into an animated GIF! I'm so chuffed at my success.

For my next task, world peace! Or possibly, cupcakes.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Theo, why not both world peace and cupcakes! If everyone had a cupcake, their might be world peace. Or maybe that's a coca-cola?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Cupcakes first. Then world peace.

Perfectly understandable sequence.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Every time there is a major market movement downward, people want to find a criminal who apparently "caused" all this, but that's an overly simplistic view.

bon, you really think that's what this discussion has been about? Because I really do appreciate your position and your knowledge in this discussion, but it's been feeling like approaching this conversation in a really dismissive way. If this is the position you're coming from, then maybe you're right that there's not much productive to say here.
