OK, is it just me, or has receiving medical care gotten a lot more complicated in the last 10 years? I can see having to have your insurance verified before the appointment, but now when I made a radiology appointment, I have to "pre-register" for the appointment as well. What is that?

That sounds pretty close to the ranges when I was in high school. Middle school had "+," "MP," (for needs improvement--I have no clue what the MP stood for, though) and "0."
I was craving letter grades by the time I got to high school.
