Mal: Well, you were right about this being a bad idea. Zoe: Thanks for sayin', sir.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I absolutely disagree with huge stretches of the doctrine, but the most at home I've ever felt in a church service was attending Easter Mass with some friends in South Carolina.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Can I tell you how much I'm not fond of this grading system where 93 is a B and 86 is a C?

Please do! Is it one of those strict bell curve situations? I remember friends in college freaking out about easy tests in curve-graded classes, because they knew one wrong answer would get them a B.

That is exciting, Aimee!!

Shit's all sorts of different now.

That is exciting, Aimee!!

!!!! I'm just grinning like a mad-woman. It was about Emma Caulfield's outfit at the Pauley Center reunion thingie last night.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The elevator just told me that Native Americans used to put popcorn in soup and beer. That sounds quite tasty. I'm almost hungry.

My morning routine now has a Red Bull in it--it's cold and sharp and sour and refreshing. And not at all healthy, I'm thinking. But I do need something there when my appetite is blah.

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

I always feel like I'm forgetting something before I go out of town, and so I tend to pooh-pooh the feeling, only this time I pooh-poohed too soon because I was actually forgetting to go to the ATM.

I have 25 minutes to remember anything else I'm forgetting.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Oh brave new world, that hath such news-dispensing elevators in it. And buses.

"In the equation E = mc⬧, c⬧ is a pretty big honking number." - Scola

???? How is that even possible?

Search me. 94 and up for an A, 87 for a B, 77 for a C, 70 for a D. Don't know why, it's just what the school does. But it really irritates me, because I generally construct projects/tests/assignments so that 90% is a really good grade, so I hate that it's a B! It means I have to pad things, and that feels wrong.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I have 25 minutes to remember anything else I'm forgetting.

Clothes! Laptop. Phone. Chargers. Reading material. Makeup. Shoes.

Is it nummy? I'm trying to work out what to eat in the brave new world that will be my diet restriction. Can I have popcorn in soup, I ask myself?

I guess first I'd have to pick a restricted diet and then see how that works out.
