Not all, but some do so quite enthusiastically. It's really not a gender-specific thing.

We had a very demure bitch, and I can't imagine her ever doing such a thing. The freakout and the "ooh! gross!" factor wouldn't have been there with her anyway, since there's no comparable requirement to recoil from specific and enthusiastic body parts.
