See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Ooh, that is a very pretty dress, Kat, and entirely shrift-worthy. And wow, almost the whole collection is rather nifty.

This one, though? Nice enough, but it doesn't look like it'd be terribly flattering on anyone over an A cup and it definitely doesn't look like $2000 worth of dress.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

You know what I want in wedding-wear? Sleeves. WTF, fashion trends? Isn't it time for sleeves to come back in??

I miss sleeves in formal wear.

JZ, I totally agree. NOT a $2000 dress!

This dress, on sale, is fabulous and would be perfectly sloungey as well as dressy. Very va-va-voom!

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

shrift, does it have to be from David's?

Not necessarily, but for the purpose of color-matching, it probably would be best. Also, bride informs me that she has a coupon for 20% off.

If I ever have a wedding I think I'd like all groomsmen and maids to wear matching zoot suits.

my friend Anne's wedding was 40's style, were all of the groomsmen wore baggy suits and fedoras. The women wore a line dresses with round toe heels. The pictures are adorable!

I love me some Schmilly Bob. When everybody wondered what Angelina was doing with him, I felt like I got it. Even though he's not, you know, a *pretty* fella, like Mr. Sfranco.

Wow, this natter goes fast. 285 posts on one day. . .I don't know how I will ever keep up! So I just wanted to ask if anyone is a fan of Dexter? They are playing the first season edited on network TV--a travesty to edit Dexter IMHO, but any word on when the new season may start? I am going through withdrawals. =P

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I love this dress from J. Crew

I got married in that dress! I paid $75 for it on e-bay.

Okay, so really, I had a party in that dress a month after I got married, but it's the thought that counts?

amych, it is indeed the thought that counts. I bought Grace this dress today (and this one too, thanks to the sale plus a 20% off coupon. Now I wish I had gotten this one too.

She was dressed in my favorite cupcake shirt today. We're all about encouraging food because the OT tells me that we have to get her to like food in the mouth and like the way things taste or she may never learn to eat. GAH.

Always Anti-fascist!

I've yet to watch Dexter, (Weird. Considering. And yet?) we talk about it in Premium, which is slower, yet full of cable-y goodness. Come, talk, leave with a new fandom.
