t random

All but 3.5 years of my life have echoed with trains. In both houses I grew up in, the sound of the freight whistle and track rumble were constants. In the last house, I could stand in the front and watch a train track across the valley below, its whistle slowly reaching me. Today, I live along a freight line and the passage of the train rattles my wineglasses. I barely notice, but when I do, it never fails to elicit smile.

I can't imagine not hearing the call of trains. t /random

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Ahhhh. Taxes are done.

I owed $400 less than I thought, because I didn't think of my deductions. So I can keep some of the cash I socked away!

Hooray! I think. I hate giving my money to the guvmint.

Supposedly I'll be getting that $600 loan from Dubyuh. Why can't they just take the money out of that? Bah.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Tom, you're so close to being Snoop Dogg in Lodi Dodi -- except his were all blue chucks.

hip deep in pie

I managed to get about a third of the stairwell cut in by hanging on to the doorjamb at the top of the stairs and leaning out while standing on one foot. It was less precarious that it sounded. I think I might be able to reach more with one of my artists brushes, if I can find them.

But that's tomorrow's work. How did it get to be 10:30? Oh yeah, the freakin' time change.

Tom, pix of you are always welcome. You are very photogenic, plus you take good pictures.

Sue, um, I think they make pole extenders. (But the picture you paint is pretty funny. And SO something I'd do in an effort to just GET IT DONE. So know if I'm laughing, it is at myself as well.)

The realization I need to go to bed in the next couple hours is annoying. I like the extra evening light. I do not like the early wake up in the dark. A. Earlier. B. Dark.

Tom, those chucks are awesome! And you look good in black non-denim...sorry about the dress code enforcement though.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Really, with the pose and the pout all you need is some guy-liner and half of us would be waiting for your next record to drop.

And maybe squeeing.

I swear, I'll never get cats. Mostly dry heaves (and I'm panicking that I OD'd the insulin with the time change variant ) and then immediately...he goes and eats a whole lot and is fine. Man, I puke and the last thing I want is food.
