So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

WHOA!

Man, is it moving season or what?

What's the new place like? When are you moving? I wish I could help! I'd totally haul crap around for you!

The status is NOT quo.

You are? Wow! Where? When? Are you excited?

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

That's the most gorgeous kid ever you've got there, Plei.

Sunrise and sunset times for tomorrow:

7:31 AM
7:08 PM

I'm a night person and I like the daylight at the end of the day, but...ugh. My alarm goes off at 6:15. Don't wanna go back to getting up in the dark...

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I'm on the pro-DST side -- morning is utter misery whether it's dark or merely darkish outside. Light in the evening, otoh, I can work with.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

I'm not pro or anti DST. I'm anti freaking changing the clocks. I have trouble adjusting both directions. My vote: pick a freaking time and stick with it.

(OTOH, it just now struck me that the time change is fucking with all my passover expectations -- between the very late holiday this year and the shift to an earlier time change, all my holiday-timing instincts are doing loop-de-loops in my head. Of course, if I did anything at all about keeping shabbos on a regular basis, I'd have a few weeks to get used to it...)

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Colin's place! He bought a house! And the landlord was stoked that he had someone to move in. So I go over tomorrow night to pretend to inspect the place. It's two bedrooms! With windows on three sides! And a balcony! AND A PARKING SPOT! And it's only 200 more than I'm paying now, and still 200 less than my limit.

My parents are buying me the fridge and stove.

Colin's brothers are moving me. HAPPY!

AWESOME! You want I should come with? I can bring my measuring tape and we can make floor diagrams and measure windows and stuff.
