Anyone know when Dawn is tomorrow?
I hate waking up in the dark.
I'm so happy that the Scientist beat the Mad Dairy Guy. Although it was close. But I feel my braving the icy sidewalks was worth it.

The DST change went suprisingly easy, and the rain was nowhere as Biblical as expected yesterday (apart from the mud bath I accidentally gave one of my Chuck Taylors), but can I just say I am sick, Sick, SICK of gale force winds! We seem to have this more and more often in NE and it's turning an absolutely lovely day into The Marcel Marceau Experience to get anywhere on foot. Double demerits for the wind not picking a fucking direction and sticking with it.
It just confuses me. Matt had to get up at 4. I couldn't sleep again. so I came out to the couch. I slept til 7.said nope, wrong went back to bed, slept til 830.
We had a snowpoclypse yesterday, but not enough to cancel my designer's flight, so I am here at work.
I am also hungry.
I also HATE DST because I am a morning person. I want light in the morning!
I fell asleep on the sofa and when I woke up my cable box said it was 3:16 am. . . but of course, the time had changed. So I actually changed my clocks before I went to bed last night.
FYI: sick of snow. Why is it snowing today? WHY???
Timelies all!
Have now reset all the clocks in the house. Yup, none of my computer/VCR/PDA things automatically reset. The phone did, once I turned it off and then back on.
Today's daylight:
Actual Time: 7:35 AM EDT - 7:26 PM EDT
Length Of Visible Light: 12h 37m
Length of Day: 11h 50m
Tomorrow will be 1m 33s longer. Woo!
As fond as I am of evening light, sunup won't be happening until I have been up over an hour. Morning will not be easy.
I am in the same boat. So is it 60-somedays 'til we have daylight before 6 AM CDST?
I'm pretty much stuck with waking when the sun rises, so although I wake up later -- the good news is, I wake up later! It's like I get to sleep in for a month or two, until the sunrise gets back to before 6 AM....
