Ailleann, your apartment (condo?) buildings are pretty!

Apartment, and thanks! Most of the big trees that aren't pines are various kinds of dogwoods, so it looks pretty awesome in the spring too.

My friend K was supposed to drive down from Cleveland to Columbus for her dad's surprise party tomorrow. Needless to say, they're driving down in the morning now. Since they'd get arrested in a couple of the counties they have to go through.

So for anyone who remembers the animation of the cat that tried to wake up his master, you can now watch him try to get in the house.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Every single window in my apartment is wide open, and I drove home from the grocery store with the top down.

The weather here is psychotic. It was like lisah said. Then it got clear. And now it is windy as hell (power has blipped) and looking like major rain again. (HAIL. They are expecting HAIL.)

My stylist is pregnant! Yay for her! ...of course, this means I'll have to use one of her collegues this fall and winter. I'll probably be able to squeeze in one last haircut in September, but then she's taking off for the rest of the year. Ah well, I'm a regular and she told me she'd pick out which stylist I should use in her absence. I'm not too worried except that I give her no instructions (beyond shorter,) I just tell her to do whatever she likes.

I fell down, went boom this morning. Stepped on the garbage lid which had fallen off. And proceeded to do a good attempt at the splits. Banged the kneecap up good. And scraped it. It's all bruised to the point that the pressure of jeans hurts. I'll bet the downstairs neighbors thought I'd dropped the fridge or something. It was very loud. And I took some pots down with me.

I had a dream I won a super luxury condo. In a mall. With the kitchen open to the mall. But what bugged me the most was that it was fully stocked with a ton of food and I knew I wouldn't be able to use it all up before it would go bad. And I didn't know where anything was. It have 5 fridges!

I never knew I had such kitchen anxieties.

Go kick and punch something, msbelle.

Punishingly Intricate

HAIL. They are expecting HAIL.)

It started hailing just as I took the dog out for his walk! Then it stopped and was VERY windy. It kind of looks like it's going to get sunny again. CRAZINESS!!

I'm about to go to my 2-year old twins' birthday party!!! I hope tater tots are on the menu! I bet they are! In conclusion, !!!!

Heh. I actually didn't see any hail. Shortly after I finished that post, it was sunny. And now it is raining and windy again.

Clearly the snowpocalypse is only one arm of the country-wide Weatherpocalypse.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

The rain is back to falling here in Somerville, and supposed to keep on doing this through much of tomorrow, too.

Art Crawl!!!

This had me crying.

Weather: sunny and chilly - but the salt worked a bit on the ice in front. We did get flurries briefly.

Now tagless for your comfort.

It's been sunny, clear but cold here for the last few days. I like the sun but I wish it'd get up over 30 degrees soon.
