Just spoke to the fam. Nobody mentioned further treatment so I didn't ask. Actually got to say hi to my Aunt. She's a little bit less than linear and still nauseous, but I'd say her spirits are good.

I was pleasantly surprised. I always assume the worse case scenario with these things.
