All right, yes, date and shop and hang out and go to school and save the world from unspeakable demons. You know, I wanna do girlie stuff!

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

One of my online communities used to have a member who would talk about how Admiral Husband Kimmel (who commanded Pearl Harbor, btw) spoke to her on a regular basis. As I recall, he was concerned with how history remembered him....

I'm like an uncaffeinated Way today.

Perish the thought.

Why not a band that is a circus? Or is that overkill?

Overkill? What is this "overkill" that you speak of? If the band is a circus, we have more excuses for flame pots. And making people wear makeup.

I just engage in snarking sessions with the Duke of Wellington during particularly onerous staff meetings.

Thing is, I know the Wellington in my head is just a construct of having read so much about the man, because if I was channeling the real thing, research would be so much easier! I could just ask him to fill in 90% of the vexing blanks in my WIP, since he was actually there.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Wah wah, I don't want to work any more today. Thing is, the work isn't done yet. And it's got to be done tomorrow.

But I've gotten a bunch done, and now it's dark and rainy out, and it just feels like no-more-working time!

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Should I buy this skirt?

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I think so, that is a great price.

Dana, yes if you don't have others that look like it already. A good staple piece.

I definitely don't have anything like that in camel. In fact, I have nothing in camel, and I'm not even sure what I would wear with it.

I definitely want the gray, though.

Yeah, that looks like a good basic at a good price.
