Ah, so nice to come home from a kinda crappy day at work to find cute baby pics!
I like our O&M stove so far, but I can see Kat's point about the gas. Our bill has gone up since its arrival. Still it has one huge advantage over our old stove--it works.
MacBeth was great, although since I don't know the play, I didn't necessarily follow who all the characters were. The staging was very cool, but possibly the most impressive part was all of the stuff Stewart had to do while delivering these massive lines -- he opened and decanted a bottle of wine, made a sandwich, AND tied a bow tie.
I am awake.
Of course, I went to sleep before 9:00 and stayed that way until about half an hour ago.
I am Spartacus.
I need to be making a playlist and getting ready to go to the Y.
I've spent about 3 hours playing and not getting much done. I should go out and get some food shopping out of the way before it's much later. Feh.
Flirt!Noah has killed me ded with the cute.
David Pogue on children and the internet:
Sure, there are dangers. But they’re hugely overhyped by the media. The tales of pedophiles luring children out of their homes are like plane crashes: they happen extremely rarely, but when they do, they make headlines everywhere. The Internet is just another facet of socialization for the new generation; as always, common sense and a level head are the best safeguards.
