Meara, your unemployment insurance won't stop--temp jobs are treated differently, for one thing. But an unemployment insurance claim actually has a lifespan of one year - dipping in and out of that year into employment situations of the temp variety doesn't affect it. Well, it does affect it in that during the weeks you temp, you don't collect unemployment checks. But they start up again as soon as temp job is done.

both. sounds like you'd be an independent contractor, which could be sweet. It's pretty easy to incorporate yourself, there are online kits or you can buy a book at any bookstore. If you were still here, I'd offer to do it for you. But, alas, you are not.
