Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Am I the only one who just cannot seem to type the letters in a captcha right?

You have company in me, at least. I think I average two tries to get them right.

not your mom's socks.

lisa, omnis -- did you see the house link is up? I may pull it in a few hours, but befores I do...

ok, so I just sent something sort of like this to the one back neighbor I have an email for:

Hi BackNeighborGuy -

This is [me] - we met briefly in December outside your house. I live behind you with my daughter and husband... Hope you remember me?... [NatterNatter, chat chat]

The reason I'm writing is that I'm wondering if you know which neighbor has the stereo with the subwoofer? I don't quite know who to talk to, and I was hoping you could help me out. I'm not a crazy neighbor - at least I hope not - but I do want to see if I can talk to the person about maybe moving the subwoofer away from what may be an open window? I don't know. If this sounds hideous, or un-adviseable, I apologize. I actually like some of the same music (at least I think I heard Soul Coughing at one point)... But if you have any advice, I'd appreciate it. Usually, I just figure I'll walk over sometime soon and try to figure out who I should talk to, but today I'm on deadline with a migraine on top of that, and it is hard to deal with.

I hope, once the weather warms up, we'll be able to have neighbors over - and I hope you all are doing well.

Thanks for your help, me

- and I think it might have worked already?? At least maybe? Temporarily? Could be coincidence. But, my shoulders are not up around my ears and I'm not pining to choke someone.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I made a freeway and cars in powerpoint and wrote out the description.

And that's ALL I PLAN TO DO, YO.

Art Crawl!!!

You know that next September (September 2009) is the 10th Anniversary of Dogs in Elk?

How does one celebrate that?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

By putting a dog in an elk?

I couldn't find lori's work number the other day, so I googled. All Dogs in Elk, all the time.

ETA: And some Rover stuff. Mostly Dogs in Elk.
