Allyson, I'm glad you're okay. Good on you for remaining calm when you needed to, and giving advice where needed.
I had a two hour meeting yesterday and there's a 1 hour meeting scheduled today (same people) that will probably run over. Budget Season, blerg. (Which is followed by Annual Review Season, which isn't a whole lot of fun, either.)
congrats for DH, Cashmere!
glad you're ok Allyson!
Kat - hope you're feeling better & that Grace is ok. I loved the whole salty/sweet, crunchy/smooth discussion from yesterday.
The texture of bananas totally squicks me. Also, pudding.
I don't care for the texture of bananas, but I think I'm OK with most everything else.
I just ate a whole roll of Thin Mints. Whoops.
Also, thanks to last night I spent my dozing time in the night thinking of chocolate-covered pretzels - salty-sweet!
One of my sisters won't eat bananas because she's bothered by the texture of the seeds in them.
I'm so glad no one was hurt, Allyson. I hope you're okay this morning and that all the insurance crap goes as well as possible.

That's one serving, right?

Does she have trouble with that pea under her mattress too?

Technically, it's only half a serving. The other half is the other roll.
According to the box, it is 4 servings, totaling 640 calories, and (the bad part) 116% of my RDA of saturated fat.
Ah well, at least I ate the other roll yesterday, so there is no second roll to tempt me.
Does she have trouble with that pea under her mattress too?
This is the practical sister, which makes it all the more strange that she's taken such a strong stance against banana seeds.
The other sister is much more dramatic about food dislikes -- I've never heard her call a raisin anything but a "bug." As in, when looking at a box of raisin bran, "How can you eat bugs in your cereal?"
