But I also think poutine is the greatest thing ever invented. And have been known to dip Chips Ahoy in Con Queso while having beer.
I love custards that don't taste like egg. But abhor gravy that can resist gravity.
I like meat fat. Chewy, mmm. Heh. And then there is the inexplicable color thing (too many colors FREAK OUT! Too much white FREAK OUT) I contain multitudes!

Oh, dude, I would totally do that. But I'm a salt fiend, so I don't know that I've ever found anything sweet that didn't benefit from a little salt.
