Um, well, we listened to aggressively cheerful music sung by people chosen for their ability to dance. Then we ate cookie dough, and talked about boys.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Damn, but I love that woman.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Tilda Swinton looks like an alien. I don't mean that in a bad way. Or maybe if the people of the sidhe had to put an imposter among us, she (or even he--want someone to play Desire in the Sandman movie?) might look like that.

What THE FUCK is Jessica Alba doing at the Oscars? That should be illegal!

She does. She's just unearthly.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

she (or even he--want someone to play Desire in the Sandman movie?)

I never knew how badly I wanted this until just now.

If I could take one thing away about the Oscars, it would be Jack. Not. For. Me.

Y'all realize I'm now filled with a strong need to rewatch Orlando, right?

(A movie I have owned through multiple formats.)

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Tilda also needs to play Bowie in a biopic.

Tilda is the only example that comes to my mind of a person that's beautiful without being pretty. I normally think of the former as being a subset of the latter.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Oh! So this is where watch-and-post is happenin'.

I really thought Cate Blanchett would win for nailing Bob Dylan. Uh, that didn't come out quite right... Anyway, I haven't seen Michael Clayton but she's kinda making me want to. She's awesomeness personified. The movie looks like it's deliberately squashing her rather extraordinary looks. Hmmm.
