I go online sometimes, but everyone's spelling is really bad. It's... depressing.

The Minearverse 6: Fiery Thread of Death

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath. Oh, and help us get Terriers dvds!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yay!

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Yay for good news.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

if you had a job and were replaced during the strike, you get to go back to your job when the strike is over

Whoo! Cool stuff indeed.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Glad to hear it sounds like things are working out on the strike front.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I'm not a regular over here, but I heard there was strike news. Thanks for sharing, Kristen. It's a relief to hear that things may have been worked out.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

Apparently Life is returning in the fall.

When do our shows come back?

I'm not sure where USA today is getting it's information from. I haven't heard official cancellation notices for several of the shows it has listed as dead.

All is well that ends in pizza.

I wonder how many writers spent at least some of the downtime to keep writing? There could be some pretty good scripts being sold after the strike is officially over.
