Nikita: No! Not Birkoff. Please let the real one be stashed away someplace safe.
'The Cautionary Tale of Numero Cinco'
The Minearverse 6: Fiery Thread of Death
[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath. Oh, and help us get Terriers dvds!
AHS: They did it again. I thought there was nothing left to shock me, and then ENEMA. Wow.
A little too much happened in this episode, I think. Nothing was fleshed out completely. And why would a witch hunter, presumably Delia's husband, shoot at the wrong house?
I did love that Delia has no idea where the staff is.
But wait, is it possible the witch hunter/Delia's husband was also the one in Misty's swamp? Except she wasn't in the house when he shot at Patti Lupone and her kid. CONFUSING.
If he was trying for Nan he was an awful shot. Maybe Patti Lupone chewed him out for smoking near her hedges or something?
Yeah, I guess he could have been gunning for Nan, but wouldn't you take out bigger threats first?
His M.O. so far has been poaching out on the edges away from the academy, so maybe he's waiting for them to come out one by one.
My biggest complaint with this show is that they try to pack too much into a short season, and I feel like that's true this season, too. For now, Patti Lupone and kid seem like a distraction that's not going anywhere. And Nan either needs some character development or to be gone.
Patti Lupone's character seems to be emblematic of Ryan Murphy's mother issues.
GOOD GOD.
They did it again. I thought there was nothing left to shock me, and then ENEMA. Wow.
Ooooh.
But wait, is it possible the witch hunter/Delia's husband was also the one in Misty's swamp?
That's what I figured. I'd forgotten about him and then when we saw him again, I realized that's who that guy must have been.
For now, Patti Lupone and kid seem like a distraction that's not going anywhere.
Yeah, I don't really understand their role.
Well, Patti Lupone's character went somewhere at any rate. Probably not where she expected...
