Sooner or later, you're gonna want it. And the second — the second — that happens, you know I'll be there. I'll slip in, have myself a real good day.

The Minearverse 6: Fiery Thread of Death

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath. Oh, and help us get Terriers dvds!

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

but please don't kill Birkoff.

You know she's Minear's protege, right?

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

You know she's Minear's protege, right?

Yes, and I realized as I was typing I was just asking for it.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

Then allow me to join sj in saying, "Birkoff? Birkoff who? Zero emotional resonance from HIS death, nosirree..."

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I have to admit, that was a pretty nifty turnaround with Birkoff. I loved his woobie little self in the first series, so I was a bit taken aback by how assy he was initially here. But I'm all good with him now.

Feel free to kill him if you must, though. I understand the price of these things.

I think I want to make sure and re-watch all the episodes that preceded mini hiatuses. I will have to check IMDB for the gaps in the season and keep an eye out for them in repeats.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Feel free to kill him if you must, though. I understand the price of these things.

I feel like we've been psychologically manipulated into watching tv differently than most people. I am strangely okay with it.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I totally punked out on the tabi socks! But it should be a perfect summer knitting project for me.
