Fred: It's the pictures in my mind that are getting me. It's like being stuck in a really bad movie with those Clockwork Orange clampy things on my eyeballs. Wesley: Why imagine? Reality's disturbing enough.

The Minearverse 6: Fiery Thread of Death

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath. Oh, and help us get Terriers dvds!

I didn't wear ponchos in the '60s, damned if I'm going to now.

I did wear ponchos in the '60s as an innocent child. I will not be repeating that experience for photographs as an adult.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

ah ... I was in my teens during the height of the "folkloric" trends (at least, with the people I hung out with) and, although I did wear a fair amount of "handcrafted" type of clothing, I always resisted the ponchos. (I'm also resisting the gauchos, since I was not born on the pampas ... and try not to be pompous.)
