May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

The Minearverse 6: Fiery Thread of Death

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath. Oh, and help us get Terriers dvds!

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

DUDE! Due to my lack of time, the show's been on my Hope for DVDs list. Can I just jump into it, or will I require a lot of backstory?

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

eh...they pretty much go over the backstory before each ep, PMM. you'd probably be okay to jump in. you know the basic premise, right?

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

Is anyone watching Chicago Code? I watched my third ep tonight.

Kristen, congrats on the Nikita episode. We will watch or record it.

tiggy, if I just know the premise from the movie, that will suffice?

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Is anyone watching Chicago Code?

I've seen the first one. The others are in my queue.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I'm liking Chicago Code more each ep. Delroy Lindo was fantastic in this most recent one.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Missed the second one, but watched last night. I'm enjoying it, despite not really thinking it's my kind of show. I like the actor playing Jarek, he really sells it for me.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Hey, Kristen, I can`t remember where you announced, but if you haven`t, you should mention your episode in Press. Not everybody reads the individual threads and I know lots of people would want to watch. You`re one of ours, after all!

Here's what you need to know about Nikita:

Nikita used to work for Division. Three years ago, she escaped and now she's trying to take them down. Alex is Nikita's mole inside of Division. Division tried to kill her family (father = Russian oligarch) but Nikita saved her. Alex used to be on drugs and got shot up again in the last episode. Amanda has known Alex is hiding something for a long time and wants to use this opportunity to dig it up.

There's more specific information in the last episode about Alex's backstory, which is available at CWTV.com for anyone who cares. But that's the gist of it. Also, there will be a previously on.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I'm digging The Chicago Code. Gibbons is a devious motherfucker.
