I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Remember this one from that time period?

However do you want me
However do you need me

That was a good one!

Yes! I also loved "Why Waste Your Time" (which I thought was actually "Wild Disco Tart" for a while).

I'm gonna get you baby
I'm gonna get you, yes I am!

Yo DJ pump this party!

And "Understand this Groove" and of course "Finally."

Now I want to dance.

What's happier than a late-80s/early-90s dance party, I ask you! Can we play "Groove is in the Heart," too?

My boss is still not ready for our 2 o'clock meeting. First she was late because of a mysterious lunch meeting, now she's been yapping for a half hour with a former employee. No wonder nothing gets done! I swear to god.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

msbelle sent me her VHS tape of Pump Up The Volume after mine went walkabout. This is one of the reasons why she is made of awesome. I LOVED that movie in high school.

Punishingly Intricate

Can we play "Groove is in the Heart," too?

My band has been trying to get our friends who put together the Hate the 80s nights in the past to do a Hate (or Love!) the 90s show so we can do this song! Dag, it would be fun.
