I think she went strawberry blonde after her marriage broke up. Then her hair just got less and less red as her face got more and more tight.

So she got less and less red while her ex got more and more of the crazy. I'd say she got the better end of the deal.

Oh, I guess she did have red hair! And she does look better. But in Far and Away (picture: [link] they keep referring to her as a redhead, but her hair looked blond. I think that is where I got the impression.

Apparently, the blonde is partially that she's gone hella grey. (I can't remember which gossiop blog had close ups of her roots, which is a sign I read too many of them.)

It has the unfortunate effect of making her look beiged out, though.

But the sheer amount of maintenance required to keep the blonde (and the Botox) could also be used to maintain the strawberry, at least.

She just looks so fantastic in Moulin Rouge (ignoring the lipstick), that I don't know why she wants to wash herself out with the blonde.

Ditto, especially since she looks so much like a very close friend of mine (and onetime unrequited crush) with the red hair.

I thought the blond suited her in TO DIE FOR at least, but it has had a tendency to wash her looks out of late.
