Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Wow.

What a BAD reason to *not* vote for a whip-smart, eminently qualified candidate -- because of her last name.

It's not JUST her last name, its the sense that she's only a contender for the presidency because of it.

Matt, I'm glad to see your pixels, man.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Yikes! I'd hoped that "empty pill bottles strewn about the room" was just a groundless rumor.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Matt, I'm glad to see your pixels, man.

Ditto.

Honestly, I don't understand this statement, and I hear it a lot. What does that have to do with whether Hillary would be a good president?

It does have an effect on how effective she can be. Being anti-Clinton will be a key campaign point for a lot of republicans just like it keeps coming up in the republican primary debates. There won't me much hope for any kind of cooperation in that kind of environment.

I also think there is also an issue of international image. If Clinton wins, that will be at least 24 years that two families have led the country. I think that undermines our promotion of democracy in the world.

That too, which is just as true as the current president though I think Clinton has better independent merits.

Dana, Shannon and her family are probably all right. Right?

Absolutely on both counts.
