Hmmm, I foresee my couscous with walnuts and artichoke hearts in the near future.

OH! I'd like this recipe. I have two boxes of TJ's whole wheat couscous in my pantry that i'd love to use.

Well, I just looked at the cookies I bought. Why Look - a trans fat. and corn syrup ( not high fructose, but corn syrup is one of those industrial products that I have issues with) But they are tasty - and not a normal part of my diet. So it isn't none in my house, but there isn't a lot.

My last attempt at couscous was definitely sub-par, despite using the same container of grain I've been using all along. I don't know if I've forgotten something I was supposed to season the water with or what.

I figure as long as I don't eat like my grandmother - I'm doing ok. My mom grew up with things like cake for breakfast.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Mmmmm, black pudding. Love. It.

I have been known to consume a can of artichoke hearts for dinner. They are most tasty.
