Do you have the Buffista cookbook, Susan?
No, I don't, but I'd like to have it--is it still available?

I am attempting the cauliflower soup Kat made at tg. So far, it smells good. I'm contemplating the logistics of pureeing it. I've got a blender and handmixer. The volume would require multiple batches in the blender.... I'll probably try the mixer first.
In non-political, non-Super Bowl news, I just did my taxes and am so relieved I had the "right" number of deductions, so I'm getting about $250 back, which is perfect to me. Last year, I had been in school half the year, so got a big refund from the tution credit or whatever, so I wasn't confident I had it right.
OK, I just turned on the game coverage, and they're giving the Walter Payton award, and said, "The late Walter Payton's wife, [I forget]." What happened to the word widow??
I still don't have my W2. Grrrr...
I love soup. Sara, I'd do multiple batches in the blender. Unless the mixer you have is a stick mixer?
K made corn chowder and it's delish. I am such a fun of soup this year. And now that I'm sick, even more so.
I have 12 W2s and 1099s. I should go through my pay stubs to see if that's all of them.
yoiks! Aurelia, that's CRAZY. It must be a nightmare to keep it all straight.
I am also missing tax forms (I think they have until Feb 15 to mail it this year). But I want to file! I've said it before, I'll say it again: Turbo Tax is like being paid to take a test. It is one of the highlights of my year.
Susan, I ended up with 2 Buffista cookbooks. If you want one drop me a note.
Insent, Laura.
