So, I made the bread, and it's just OK, I think. I'm sure it would be better the next time I made it (frex, I think I didn't add enough salt), but I like the no-knead so much better! Ah well. We live and learn.
Also, I'm watching this week's Law and Order and this woman's wearing a dress I own. Funny.

Yes, I did! I can't get on IM right now, but I will soon.
I have not gone to the ER. But I did teach a class today, after acupuncture which eased the swelling a bit. I was having problems breathing properly during the class, which was irritating. Felt like the gasping you do when you're crying. Except...not crying. So not good for maintaining control over a class.
If I am still doing that tomorrow I'm going to have to be very much the assistant and not teach any techniques. Irritating.
I should make bread this weekend. Yes.
