And I had a minute of joy when I thought it was a month when I would get paid 3 times
It technically is for me, but the big benefit is really from things skewing so that I pay February's rent out of my January 18th paycheck. And then have my whole Feb. 1 check to put toward credit card debt. Yay?
Yeah, I would have been screwed because of Christmas if I hadn't been paid three times this month. God looks out for fools and children.
Next time I get paid three times in a month is May...if I'm reading the calendar correctly. Nice! I'm planning on going out to CA at the end of that month I think.

My pay days are the 15th and last day of the month
I get paid every Friday! Tom gets paid the 15th and the final business day of the month.

When I first worked for the state - we got paid every other Friday - oh those lovely 3 paychecks a month times. . . oh well. (It inconvenienced Accounting and thus - went bye-bye.)
