Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

(sometimes I still have weird moments realizing that you have a government name that's not shrift.)

That is a scurrilous lie. We all know she's shrift.

Now I have hair angst. I'm tempted to throw myself into my stylist's hands tomorrow, except I'm a little scared.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

And apparently the good orientation video with Diane Sawyer and Ed Bradley is statewide, so I don't know why they didn't show it this morning! It's apparently here, but I didn't actually play it.

Uhhh, if I ever met shrift, I don't think I'd be able to call her anything but. Which is funny. I don't know if anyone has called me sarameg outside the box. I called meara meara most of the time, I think.

(it's funny, I really love sarameg and would probably answer to it, but it still is a box name to me. Though I wouldn't mind it manifesting in the meat world at all.)

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

We're getting thunder here. So cute!

Wah! I envy you thunder. I mean, I know I get it more than you, but by god, I miss NM's regular thunder. One of my favorite weathers.

shrift, what a cute cut! I am envying your bare nape and I think you might inspire me to get my own hair cut.

Salma Hayek, post partum = even bustier!

It's just baby thunder.

I'm sitting here at my desk with my laptop perched on my scanner so I can use it and my desktop PC at the same time--I'm IRCing on the laptop, and remote desktopping into work on the desktop.

Technology is cool.
