"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

okay, people need to stop quoting the lyrics. Everytime I push it out of my head, someone quotes and it comes back!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ha! Me too!

alas, no BK. BK is Wednesday.

And since I am still sick I brought in lunch of soup and some leftover chicken. I might as well have blandish food while I can barely taste anything. I am going out for ice cream though and I am buying myself some flowers for my desk.

I am solving issues at worka nd have taken care of all requests thrown at me so far today, so I am not ready to call the day crappy yet.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Ah, but when you get to the high note the donkey explodes.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I know I'm asking for a smiting by even saying this, but I would pay good money to see Shrift in a bridesmaid dress.

That's right up there with Jilli in jeans.

hip deep in pie

Taffeta, with a butt bow?

I think there needs to be some tulle, too. And a big hat.

If you've got to miss Vividcon (which I am not at all resigned to, and I am working on a time-turner to resolve this issue), you might as well be part of the wedding?

Keep working on the time-turner. I like most of my relatives and all, but they don't vid.

I'd ask if that makes it better or worse, but from the context, I'm going to guess worst. Does the bride have good taste?

Oh, well, I'll be flattered if she asks and her wedding colors would look great on me, but it will mean a lot of travel and time-consuming fittings, and right now, thanks to fandom, I'm "working" something like 70 hours a week.

I know I'm asking for a smiting by even saying this, but I would pay good money to see Shrift in a bridesmaid dress.

I'm never posting photos. NEVAR.
