Oh, I get it. You just don't like who did the rescuing, that's all. Wishin' I was your boyfriend what's-his-height. Oh wait, he's run off.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

When I Wore Nightclothes, I kept them under the pillow. I do occasionally wear stuff to bed, but usually not much more than underpants and socks.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yeah, I was thinking it might be European influence in mine and ita's cases.

I think it could be the case in mine, too, except for the part where the family has been in North America for like 400 years. I'm pretty sure my grandmother had a French maid as a child, though!

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I'm from Illinois, my parents are from Illinois. As a child I hung my robe on a hook on the back of my bedroom door but I can't remember what I did with my PJs. When I was an older kid I wore underpants and an undershirt to bed, so those went in the laundry basket the next day. Now my nightclothes end up in a heap on or about my unmade bed.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I refuse to go out of the apartment in my slounging clothes. I refused to even go to the corner store in a hoodie for a long time, but SF is slowly wearing me down.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

How is it too warm for a coat where Jesse is, and I'm wondering if I should run down and start my car in a while so it's toasty when I have to get in it?

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

All of my clothes are slounging clothes. Even the ones I wear to work.

Heh. I laughed really hard when my mémère was insisting that she's not French; she's American. I mean, of course, she's American, but I still call her Mémère!!
