Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

I'm intrigued. Tell me more.

I'm thinking just tater tots, some kind of spicy creamy sauce (like the one they serve at our neighborhood totueria) in a tortilla w/ lettuce or cabbage (a la a fish taco). But my friend was thinking cook the tater tots up crispy then sautee them with onions and ground meat (maybe chorizo) and then put them in the tortilla. Similar to a Peruvian dish, I think.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

I don't feel like putting in the effort to figure out if this is a hoax or not:

Pretty sure it's not. Been there, done that, left that church.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

But my friend was thinking cook the tater tots up crispy then sautee them with onions and ground meat (maybe chorizo) and then put them in the tortilla.

Well, now I'm hungry.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Pretty sure it's not. Been there, done that, left that church.

So it's safe to assume you've kissed the Boy?

I don't know what to make of the Republican primary. It looks like a race between McCain, Huckabee, and Giuliani now. If Romney couldn't get a win with the money and effort that has gone into Iowa and NH, I think he's done.

On the Democratic side it looks like Edwards is done.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Similar to YUM, I think.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

I'm going to have to go starch-poly and marry all three. They're all three absolutely, uniquely essential in their special ways.

F Buffy, C Zoe (not for undesirability, but because both she and Wash would kill me if I tried anything), and M Aeryn -- no, that won't work either, because both she and John would kill me if I tried anything. I think I'd better M Buffy so I could safely C and F the other two and then my girl Buffy would kill them both if they tried anything.

F CBS, M NBC, C ABC (still bitterly resentful about MSCL, Relativity, Cupid and, in the slightly less distant past, Eyes). C ABC right off a cliff, those show-killers.

Last night Matilda fed herself. Grumped and whined over the bowl of food I offered her, made a variety of expressive but incomprehensible gestures, and finally snatched away the spoon I hesitantly offered her and tucked in. Left-handed. I would have cried, except Hec would have never stopped rolling his eyes, ever.

Not before South Carolina, surely.
