Lorne: My little prince. Oh…what did they do to you? Angel: Nina…tried to…eat me. Lorne: Oh, you're--medic! You're gonna make it Angel. Just don't stop fighting. Doctor! Is there a Gepetto in the house?

It's been three hours. I suppose I could try the Secretary of State again, see if their system is back up.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Chirashi is nummy stuff.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Sushi scares me, but I love me some California rolls!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Sushi's pretty, but this food is more practical.

Well, only practical if 1. you believe it works and 2. you want your breasts enhanced.

It was 57 degrees in my office when I walked in today. It's now 60 degrees. With the space heater on. WTF?

It's 52 degrees outside right now here, and probably about 75 inside. :: sweats ::

Well, there's that. And there's definitely also that.

I think I'm going to go get Greek food for this lunch period.

Happy Birthday MM!

Chirashi sushi doesn't strike me as quite as good as individual nigiri. The tastes kind of blend together in the rice, instead of it being a sharp vinegar-y addition to each individual piece of fish. Then again, it could just be the place I've had it—more authentic than other Japanese restaurants in Memphis, but not as well run.
