Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Word to the wise: Cards can be hard to read by candlelight.
You didn't use enough candles, clearly.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Woohoo, I found my raingear! Not that I'm going to suit up and go out in the rain, but I could if the impulse should seize me.

That's not supposed to be i before e, is it?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

PLEASE TASER HIM, BRO!!!!

Heh. I was trying to explain that to my parents over Christmas, and was competely unsuccessful. They were like "...."

I just did a shitload of shopping, buying several things I'm not 100% sold on. But I was there! And they were on sale! I don't know. Does anyone have strong feelings about chunky heels?

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

per an earlier topic: our dog darts outside and runs around the yard if you open the cabinet where the vacuum lives. It doesn't matter if you're going for one of the many other items kept in that closet, the mere possibility that you could be vacuuming some time in the future is enough. She also runs outside if she sees you have a bag of coffee, despite the fact that we haven't had a coffee grinder for nine months.

I could probably vacuum Mister Kitty. I can certainly blowdry him. Devi goes to ground, on my bed or in the closet if she can. If it is too much in the bedroom, she'll flee to the top of the kitchen cabinets.

They almost ignore the roomba. There's still some suspicion, so they keep an eye on it.

Dinner is coleslaw and bean soup.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I'm having a southwest chicken salad for lunch. I need to make something with tomatoes and avocados for dinner since I already have them.

Oh & I got cherries at the grocery. I didn't think they were in season, this is a first. Of course, they are from Chile.

I was supposed to have chili for dinner, but I went to Trader Joe's, so I ate too many cheese and crackers. Yum cheese and crackers.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

My cats don't like the vacuum, but they surprised me by acting fairly indifferent about the Roomba, provided it doesn't go near their bowls.
