Just went and saw my observation assessment -- all positive. And he praised me for positive feedback, which he said is big for him (me too!) and that the students seemed to really like me, and that if that's what I do every day, he thinks it's great.
Okay, it's not exactly what I do every day, but it was actually pretty close. I feel so relieved it's pathetic. I mean, a) he's always been positive and helpful and nice and I had no reason to suspect otherwise, b) I certainly know there are areas I need to improve, so it wouldn't have been unfair or mean to suggest them, and c) I know I really need to take criticism calmly (especially since the nice-but-not-quite-so-much-so principal will eventually observe me). Still, I'd gotten myself nervous, and I am so grateful that he was so positive.
It's on DVD already?
weeelll, it's out on DVD in Thailand, which is a different thing, methinks.
Re: My workplace: @@ times infinity.
Emily, that's fantastic news! Yay!
Steph, fabulous pi pie and yay for homemade tator tots. I am SO jealous! Do you think he'd share the recipe?
So sleepy. Can it be nap time?
We do have a 9.5' tall dinosaur running around on stage tough.
Do you think he'd share the recipe?
Oh, definitely. He found it on the internet somewhere. It involved chopping up the potatoes, mixing an egg and flour to bind the taters together, and then cooking the tots in oil.
Is that an apple pi, Teppy? It looks scrumptious.
I need to pick up a pi to celebrate today, if I can get Miss Naked clothed so we can go out.
Dude who's supposed to deliver our remaining firewood should have been here 20 minutes ago. I'm going to have to wait around until her gets here. Not that we need firewood this late in the year but I think we should buy a chimenea for the deck this summer.
Is that an apple pi, Teppy?
That is indeed an apple pi pie. And I -- as well as my co-workers -- can attest that it is deeeeee-lish.
