caffeine -- more caffeine ...maybe that will keep me alive....
Spike's Bitches 39: Cuppa Tea, Cuppa Tea, Almost Got Shagged, Cuppa Tea...
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
My mom was a mom at 18, a grandmother at 36 and a great-grandmother at 56. I suspect she will live to be a great-great grandmother from my sister's kids' kids.
I was a great-aunt at 27. My niece had kids 5 years before I did.
The brothers are moving in. You can see video of one of them here he's almost at the end fighting the guy named Sepulveda who looks like a stand-up comedian
Disney Channel runs ads for Lelli Kelly girls' shoes ad nauseum and Owen has decided he wants a pair. So I go to Zappos to take a look. CRAP! They're like $60-$100 a pair! For KIDS' SHOES. And I thought Crocs were expensive.
Although, I went to their site, I found this pair which I would love for myself. *sigh*
bonny, the National Geographic has FROGS. The natural history museum has the butterfly pavilion, but they charge for entrance to that ($5 I think). But the gemstone section is free! you can look at the Hope Diamond.
I'm stopping caffeine and started cold turkey. Feels like I'm dying. I may not hold out all day.
I had to ease out of it. I eliminated the coffee but kept the tea. Now I am drinking green tea and get almost no caffeine. I was having chest pains and they have pretty much stopped.
I still miss my coffee. After a bit I might have some decaf now and again.
Lovely. speaking of what not to drink (well, ... sorta): "no standards to test for drugs in water"
I tell anyone who visits DC not to drink the tap water. I don't - haven't for years.
eta: but do they listen? noooooo
We're on the second plane. They're going to make me turn off the internet soon.
I broke down and got a short vanilla latte at the break (I'm in class). NOM NOM NOM!
