I just sent an email to a position advertised as "Northern California or Idaho"--apparently you have to travel to both, so they're willing to consider someone in either place. I was like "Um, I'm not in either place, but I can get to both of them easy?" It's supposedly for a four month contract, so it's possible they don't have a ton of applicants. If nothing else, it's something I can put down on my unemployment log thing.
