I'm sending ~ma as hard as I can, Aimee.
Sorry my depressing cancer news crossed yours. Cancer? Still sucks.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

{{{Aimee}}} I'm sorry. Tons of ~ma headed to your sister and your family.
And just in time for the anniversary of my grandmother dying!
Woohoo! Party over here!
sigh
Thanks guys. Truly.
It's not much consolation, I know, but it is normally a very treatable cancer.
It is. I've been doing some reading and the doctor told her that it has a very high success rate, and it does help to know that, but still. Scary scary shit. She's just married. She wanted to start a family right away. Her husband is trying not to be freaked the fuck out because he lost his sister-in-law to cancer a few years ago and his other sister-in-law is very ill with lupus.

Popping in from the floating hotel to briefly say hello.
Sorry to hear about inconclusive results on Byron, he's not allowed to have bad things happen while I'm out of town.
-ma to your sister Aimee.
On the meme front the multiple 17+ hour days with no breaks caught up with me and I have now experienced the shipboard health center. I have a bronchial infection. Joy. The fever and chills just add the joy of this little project.
Aimee, Chikat had thyroid cancer, iirc. I'm sure she can let you know what your sister can expect for treatment.
Thanks, Hec. I emailed her a little bit ago.
Also, she just cut her hair and you would LOVE it.
