It has a Nerd Hole! On the first floor. There's an actual honest-to-goodness separate room that's been carved out for an office. (It's one of the few room changes since the house was built, but it works well.)

Thanks, guys. The house is actually way cuter than the pictures. We used to rent a block and a half away, so we know the neighborhood really well, too. No surprises.
