He's been wrestling with computers all night, Omnis.

This weekend I have:

• tracked down my final recommendation letter for the NEH program
• driven back and forth across LA to pick up the recommendation and mail the application packet
• gone grocery shopping
• made chili and slow-cooked it overnight
• graded 50 midterm exams
• answered a ton of school emails
• read Angels in America (because Tony Kushner is going to be at my school tomorrow...holy crap)

I think it's bedtime.

Ok. I'm trying to wake up, because I have to go tutor for four hours then go play with kids. Some energy would probably help.

So far so good. He loves med time, because he gets to lick peanut butter off of a spoon. It's his favorite. I think it's helping, so that's good. We hear back on the urinalysis today.

Any more crazy emails from crazy tutees?

You mean, other than the ones last night? Not yet, but I'm not holding my breath. I get to see that student in a couple of hours, and I am NOT looking forward to it. Why do I have to be the bigger person and actually deal with issues rather than running and hiding? I'll tell you what, though. That appointment is going to be in a VERY public place, because I don't trust that kid.

Am so very tired. I was up until 2 am finishing my final paper for environmental science and I want nothing more than to crawl into a bed and sleep for about 15 years. We have no money in the bank account at work, that I know of and I wish I could tell me boss that what is efficient for him might not be efficient for everyone. I'm not new to Outlook and have figured out a way that keeps me organized. It's probably different from his way, but it doesn't make it wrong. BLah blah need a new job cakes.

I'm also very very tired and am hence set to cranky.

BUT - Joe's working this week and, if we can find child care, next week and the week after.

Maybe I'll skip my lit class tonight and sleep.

Some energy would probably help.

That's a seriously good idea. And kick him to the curb if he's even slightly creepy in person. I doubt anyone could blame you for it.
