Spike's Bitches 39: Cuppa Tea, Cuppa Tea, Almost Got Shagged, Cuppa Tea...
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
{{{Brenda}}} I'm so sorry.
Thanks, y'all. He's a lot younger than me - was, I guess - so I didn't know him really well, though my sister did. But a seriously nice guy, an aspiring chef, married last year - it's so wrong for things like this to happen. His parents and his brother - I can't imagine what they're going through.
Aw Brenda. I'm so sorry.
Oh, brenda, that's awful. His poor family and his wife.
Peace and comfort~ma to you, your sis, and your friend's whole family, brenda.
Laga, if it is a $100 for each item sold to 100 guests, wouldn't the formula be $1.00 per guest? Unless they are doing it benchmark-y.
They gave us an example:
sell 1.78 per 100 guests and receive $178
sell 4.99 per 100 guests and receive $499
I think 420 for 5129 guests = 8.19 hearts per 100 guests or $819
Shit, Brenda. I am so sorry.
IOWTF-ness: my co-worker and her husband of less than/right around a year broke up last weekend.
Wednesday brought them the new that she's pregnant. And from what I've gathered, he's not sticking around, but I don't know all the specifics. Sigh.
However - to maybe give hope/send into panic for those PCOS ladies out there - totally by accident and she has PCOS.
Hey they gang. I'm still travelling. Hopefully my 6 AM flight home via a mutihour layover in Denver will be on time.
God, Brenda, that's awful.
The Boy is 100% German on both sides, so he probably won't be taking the Irish throne any time soon.
To be fair, our Royal family is largely German. And Greek. But I'm sure Aimee has a clearer grasp of where they got imported from than I do.
Laga, are you sure they mean you need to sell $2.00 worth of stuff to one person, and nothing to 99 other people, and in return they give you $200? And not $2.00 worth of stuff to each of those 100 people, totalling $200, which you get to keep?
Sorry if this is a stupid question - not understanding the context, I agree that it seems like a huge amount of money to be giving someon in exchange for, er, not very much money.
